- Moderation Tools: You should use the 'Report' button for inappropriate content and 'Block' for unwanted interactions. We reserve the right to ban offending accounts permanently.

Bora acts solely as a technological facilitator. We do not organize, supervise, or control physical events. By participating, you agree that:
- You assume full risk for participation in sporting activities and in-person interactions.
- The Bora developer and Souza Apps are exempt from liability for physical injuries, accidents, or financial losses incurred during events.
5. User Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post. By sharing public content, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display this material on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The source code, design, logos, and Bora brand are the exclusive property of Thiago Augusto de Souza. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Availability
The service is provided 'AS IS'. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and may suspend the service for maintenance without notice.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bora after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poços de Caldas, State of Minas Gerais.
